Refund policy for digital products

Instant delivery, no returns

The Digital Product Launch Kit is delivered immediately after payment. Because the full contents are accessible the moment you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or because you have not yet used the materials.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• You cannot access the materials and we are unable to fix it for you.
• The product delivered is materially different from what is described on this site.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt or order reference and we will make it right, including a full refund where one of the situations above applies.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Buyers in the UK and EU: by purchasing and accessing an instant digital download you agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge losing the standard 14-day right to cancel once access has been provided.

How to request a refund

Email us through the contact page with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
