By using the Digital Product Idea Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 16 years old to submit an email address.
The ideas we provide
Your matched ideas, price ranges and effort estimates are educational suggestions based on the answers you give. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and no specific level of income or results is promised.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you create from our suggestions. Product ideas themselves are not exclusive — other creators may receive similar suggestions.
Our content
The site copy, design, templates and quiz logic belong to Creative Hauz. Paid materials are licensed to you for personal or single-business use, and may not be resold or redistributed.
Payments and refunds
Paid products are billed in USD, with GBP equivalents shown at checkout for UK customers. Digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the full contents.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but may change, pause or withdraw features at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Hauz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the ideas it produces.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any statutory consumer rights you hold in your own country or US state.
